3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Candles and any wax items due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
4. Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if something is missing from your order, please contact us immediately at contact@coopernsageinteriors.net. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and your order number. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as needed, including covering the return shipping costs for damaged or missing items.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to X business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged, defective, or missing.
